Pin-drop mapping with address auto-fill

Admins drop a pin exactly where the cart stands and the address, latitude, and longitude fill in automatically from Google. Publishers see the precise map on every location page, with a National Weather Service forecast for the day.

Publishers

Self-service signup and profile

Once approved by your Body of Elders and added to the app, a publisher can browse open shifts, claim one, cancel it, and update their own profile — without needing an admin to intervene.

Captains

Helper congregations with per-publisher approval New

Invite another congregation to help with your public witnessing work. Their admin decides which of their publishers are approved to sign up for your shifts — one checkbox per publisher per congregation. Default is "home only" — approval is an explicit opt-in.

In-app messages

Message any publisher in your tenant without leaving the app. Threaded replies, inbox, sent, archived, and trash — no need to share phone numbers or personal email addresses.

  • Admin — full Manage area: locations, publishers, shifts, helper congregations.
  • Captain — runs shifts, invites helpers, same shift management.
  • Volunteer — signs up for shifts, messages, manages own profile.

Platform-wide reminders appear on every publisher's home page so safety, conduct, and procedural notes are visible at a glance — before heading into the schedule.

Operations

Nightly backups and uptime monitoring

Database and media are backed up nightly to an external object store. The server is monitored for disk, service, and backup failures. You focus on public witnessing; we focus on keeping the site running.

Privacy

Your congregation's data stays yours

Each congregation manages its own publishers. Other congregations only see the publishers you have explicitly approved to help them, and only read-only. No cross-congregation data leakage.
